Thirty-two cadet players have been listed for the maiden Aruna Cadet U-15 Invitational Championships holding at Eko Club, Lagos on October 17. The one-day tournament, aimed at unearthing talents, is also part of Quadri Aruna’s contributions to Nigeria’s table tennis development. The tournament is sponsored and organised by Aruna Sports Club and Academy in conjunction with Eko Club. Apart from the tournament, Aruna is also expected to play matches with some of the members of the club prior to the official launch of the Aruna Sports Club and Academy at Eko Club. He has already donated four table tennis boards to the club.
